Larry Gendron has done a few of these conversions and my brother-in-law has actually got one of them. They work really good. He can give you all the info you need. He has an account on this site, you could just send him a message. Barrie is another good contact about this stuff.

Good luck

Hi,
I wish I could talk you into keeping the 200-A with the original engine. These machines were so special to me and it is a shame to modify them.
If you went to Alliston please think about how few of these machines remained.
Just think that almost fifty years ago I may have touched your machine at the factory.
It is your machine and your choice but I hope you will give this some thought.

Thanks,
Ed

Duhh!!!,

I must have a problem reading.
When I reread this post I can see that my request is far to late.

We are also going to do this same thing since it is so hard to find a good 8hr motor. Any pics of your progress would be awesome!
