Snow is almost gone now. Took a 78 JD cyclone out for a short run. Was busy cleaning up the boathouse for the gathering, got a new dog also. Had to put the last one down a few weeks ago.

I would like a picture on but I'll send another one with a few of my machines in the photo.

My 500 should be after I finish the wooden Bosak from 1952. You can see that ones progress on David's vintage snowmobile page

I think this is great. People chatting away. Hey Mike, how do you like that picture?

Hey Dave, I can't believe the snow is almost gone down by you. We still have 2plus feet up north yet. In fact, going up for one last snowmobiling weekend next week. For those that don't know, Dave only lives about 80 miles south of me.

Sorry Barrie, was very sunny last 2 days, that's not good for keeping snow around. In fact where i ran the JD, the snow has already melted clean down to the grass. I don't think we'll be able to put our old iron on a snow patch at the gathering this year.

Hey Dave - being the tool and die guy you are, have you ever had to machine or make new pins for your Secondary Clutches on your Diablo? Mine took a crap and I need to find a way to fix them. I have some ideas, but machining is required.

Barrie, based on the note below, I presume you got my email. Yes it would be good to get some original documentation on the windshields used for the Diablos.

I have heard of a guy here in Quebec with an original Diablo windshield. I'll try and uncover who he is.

No problem Mike. that was fun to add your picture. First time I've done that for someone else.

I see we have a guest browsing the forum. Come on you, register and get in the game! It's a lot more fun to join in than watch. No pressure though. Just happy you are here.
