1/24/10 Rain Rain Rain

Post by Go Go Diablo » Sun Jan 24, 2010 7:52 pm

Hi all,

It rained most of the day here. Makes for sloppy sledding. Spent the weekend at the shop working on a 502 restoration and other misc stuff (always something to do). This 502 is coming along well. Expect to have it ready to go for Antigo and also hope to bring my restored 500 too.

The DVD is done and out getting copies made. Expect the copies back in two weeks.

Hi Ron,

Nice to see you perusing around on the forum.

The Drive Clutch is shown on the website. Go to gogodiablo.com and go to the "Original Schoobytwo" website and look at the clutches tab. The Primary is right there on the first picture.

On other topics to all, I have some original Ski Seater Ski Bolts that I have no use for. These original ski bolts are the small diameter 1/4" bolts with the large flat heads that bolt through the skis to the spring clamp. They are a great find if someone is looking to restore a Diablo to 100% original. I use 5/16" large head elevator bolts on my skis, so these will go free to the first person who shoots me an email and says they want them.

Ready, set go :o

Thanks Bruce, have been too busy at work, Have not rode at all & decided to tear some hus-ski apart, today, and visit the site. Amazing how many people use this site. I tell anyone I meet who talks about these strange machines to check it out. You done a massive amount of work in a short timeframe and have produced as far Ican see the best antique snomobilers websie on the net.Your site is the Barrett /Jackson for our style of snowmobile collectors.

Very nice comments. I can't do it alone, so thanks to all those who help out by giving me information and participate on the forum. Also, thanks to everyone else who visits the site often and enjoys the content. If not for you, why bother having a site :D
