Hey Peter,

I've seen that flat rate manual and think I have one somewhere too. It was interesting to see some of the R&R (remove and reinstall) times for some of the noted repairs. I wonder who sat down and figured out those rates and times.

With 50 years of experience now knowing what breaks and makes them run well, it would be fun to re-write that manual.
