I believe that this is the right way to prceede with items on ebay. If you see it first on ebay and announce it here then I hope everyone will respect that and refrain from bidding to avoid price running. Surely there may be other bidders in the world but announcing here will help.

Hi Dave,
That item looked like a good piece of literature. I missed it too. If you are really interested in the book, I'd say to contact the seller and ask if he could pass your email address on to the buyer and maybe you and the buyer can work something out regarding the information within the book you desire. You might find some real treasures in there.
