Bolens Diablo Rouge and Hus Ski Discussion Forums

Hi all,

We had a great event. 25 people bringing 23 Diablos and Hus Skis. The weather was great along with the food. We shared so much and got to know each other. Jeremiah brought me my next restoration project (a 503). Mike picked up his Hus Ski. I could go on and on.

Thanks for everyone who showed up and special thanks to Dave and Renee for hosting this year's event.

On behalf of Renee & I, I would like to personally thank everyone who attended. We had a great day visiting with all who attended. We meet some really great people at the get together. I would like to thank Bruce for his continued effort on the web site, without this tool the gathering would have never happened. I can only hope we can have a gathering again with such a great group. THANK YOU for coming.

I'm glad everything wen't well. Have you made new connections for parts? Here in Kapuskasing we have a lumber jack compition every year. It would be fun having a bunch of Diablo and Hus-skis here. Usuly it's in July. I think that I'll bring my 500 to the lumber jack.

The lumberjack sounds like a great time. Make sure you take pictures of events like this and share with me and I'll post some when I can.

Rock - I found some drive sprockets for your 500!

Are they in good shape? How much? Are they for the front or back?

They are in very good shape. They are the drivers (front). I sent you an email. Sorry, no dashes yet though.

Tks Bruce for looking for some parts. I really appriciated. Like you told my on the phone the other day I need patient. Patient I don't really have but in this case I'll try to get some. One guy called my Thurday night saying he has some Diablos for sale. His suppose to sent me some pictures. Will email you those pictures as soon as I get them.

Hi All,
Sounds like the gathering was a big success and I aggree there should be some thought put in for the next one so that there is a little more notice for those of us who would need to take some time off and make a road trip. Attaboys to Dave and Bruce for the effort all around.
