Hi Dave. I'm here. Also working on the forum page, so I'm bouncing around

It's Dave here from the world famous Horicon Marsh. Haven't had much of a chance to work on my bolens lately, to busy at work. Anymore thoughts on the gathering for next year yet

I have thought a little more about a get together. We would need to find a place where we could meet. Plan a ride. Have a pot luck lunch. Take a group picture. You name it, there are lots of things to keep us busy for the day.

It would be nice to find a location that would be central located for most & somewhere that would be familiar to someone. That way if we wanted to spend the night, or trail ride ( whjeather permitting) it wouldn't be to much of a hard time. Thats my 2 cents worth

One good thing I see is that as posts are created, the forum puts those posts at the top which is good. So far, I like the way the posts work and see people are posting stuff. That is really cool.

I also can see that we have 7 members just in the last few days. Are you able to see that too by clicking the "Members" in the upper right?

Working on canvas Diablo covers tonight. I hope the canvas will accept the Go Go Diablo decal much better than the vinyl. Both materials have pros and cons. I like the vinyl because I can easily wash it.

Hats are being made and should be ready by the weekend. I'll have yellow Hus Ski hats, Red Diablo hats and khaki Diablo hats.

just checked out the members tab, thats pretty neat. I wish more people would take the time to fill out the profile. It's neat to see where the members are from & what there interests are besides the obvious BOLENS!!!

I think over time, this can be a real cool tool for everyone. That we have 7 members in just a few days is great. More and more will fill out their profiles as they begin to understand how to use the forum. It's even a little tuff for me as I don't do this often.

Couple of things I see that work well is that you can go back in and edit your response. So like now, I just pulled this back up and added to this. Also, if you are busy bouncing around doing other stuff on the internet, you can just look at the Board Index page to see if someone else added a comment since your last one. It's a quick way to do other stuff yet keep up with a chat.

One other thing I see is that if I update my response, it does not update on the Board Index. Oh Well, can't have everything.

I am fairly familiar with this format. The JD website I use often is similar to this. On there site, a person can upload there own photos, but for the most part that's way beyond me! I am very happy with what has already become of this site in such a short period of time. VERY NICE
