Hi Everyone!

I've had a pretty busy couple of nights. I think most know I may be buying 7 Diablos and Hus Skis. Working to figure out if the investment is worth it.

I see we have a new member catman (Chris from Barrie, Ontario). Welcome to the forum.

Ha - when Chris first told me he was from Barrie, I thought he was yanking my chain.

Barrie,

I saw with the parts I looked at yesterday a drive track and a drive sprocket for a Hus Ski. Can only presume from a 444 because those were the two sleds he had. Is the drive sprocket worth anything?

Hey Bruce, if you buy all those machines you might have more than me!!! A little longer and you will be converted to "Yellow".

Sprockets on HUS-SKIs are aluminum and last forever. Sometimes a piece breakes out but it is repairable. Often these are the only salvageable part from a very rusted and bent machine. I have many extras and I think that is the case with many HUS-SKI collectors. I am not sure of the difference but I have been told that 444 sprockets are different from other models.

Ha ha, the first thing I'm trying to do is find good homes for the Hus Skis. I'd rather go red than yellow.
