Wen't to pick up my diablo yesterday. Drove 20 hours but it was great. She is a beauty. I have to clean the tank change some gas hose . Drove around town yesterday and today and you should had seen people looking at the machine. Some peope stop and took pictures of it. It's amazing to see people chating about the Diablo. Wen't at the donut shop and people came outside to talk and asking question about the machine. I'm really glad that people are talking about my machine.

Hi Rock,
Great to hear about your sled. I put some of your pics on the web site. Tell me a little more about it? Is this the first Diablo you have ever owned?

Rock, Looked at your pictures a little closer. I think you have a 500 there. It's the first model they made. I'm believing this by a couple of things. Note first off that you hood has no louvers. They put louvers on the 500 & 503. Also note how the front bumper is mounted only in the middle. After the 500, they added brackets off at a 45 degree angle from the center. This is actually the first one I've seen with this sort of bumper mount.

Rock - if you got manuals for the 502 / 503 with that sled, I suggest you get one of our Technical Packets. I'm not trying to blow my own horn here, but it contains all the manuals for all the models plus a whole bunch of other stuff that every Diablo owner should have. All the details about the models are in there.
Hey, do one other thing for me if you can. Go to the post name "Hi guys" and try to edit it to add today's date. That way if anyone else is on, they know to chat on this post today.

Bruce
I have the Owner operation and Maintenance Manuel. I'm scanning the Manual and will email it to you sometime tonight.

Before you go through that work, go to the documents page on the web site and pull up the manual there and see if it matches the one you have.

Ok. Now you know what manual you have. Are you convinced you have a 500? That is not a bad thing. A 500 is far more rare than a 502. Everyone seems to have a 502.
I'm out for the night. Have a great night all and talk again soon,
Bruce

I'm quit comfuse about the 500 and 502. Are the 500 better then the others? What about prices where they the same cost of the 502 and 503. If you say that I have a 500 i quest it means that theres only a few guys that have them.
You are right Bruce. I took the ownership out and it tells me that I do have a 500.
