3/13/08 Chat - Sending out those emails!

Hi all,
Been busy tonight sending out emails to everyone who I know that has Diablo or Hus Skis. That's about 40 of you. Alls we can do is plant the seed and see what grows.

What do you see about it that tells you it's not the same?

If you enlarge the picture, the one where you can see the upper right hand corner of the lens, it says (I think) R77 or 72. the lens we need is the R66. Check it over let me know what you think.

You will have to blame Dave, He is the one who put the note on the web site about the Diablo in Anchorage
I think that is where the guy from Fairbanks found it. I'm at fault too, I told him it was there
Dave, regarding the lens, I did not know the R66 is what we needed. They are 210 series. I was thinking that was what was needed. But I guess what you are telling me is they need to be 210 R66, right?

Only 1 response so far, the worst part is I helped you pick a date that I will be turkey hunting, so I will not be able to host, or attend on that weekend. Did you see what I meant about the lens's not beign correct??

well that is just foolish. Then we need to pick a new date.
I don't know how you could see what numbers are on that lens. I sent him another email asking what it says along with the dimensions.
Ok all, I'm out for the night. We be gone this weekend, so I should be checking in on Sunday evening. Maybe we can commit to a new date for the Diablo Hus Ski rally that night.
