Greetings to all. I've been using a Bolens 1050 tractor for many years, just finally found a Bolens snowmobile and decided I had to have it. It's not a Diablo or a Hus-Ski, hope you guys don't mind my lowly one piece sprint..ha ha. This is my first Bolens sled, I have several Scorpions and had a few Massey's and Evinrudes along the way, My son calls the sprint the Fireman's snowmobile because it's all red...I hope to learn more about the diablo/hus-ski models, they always looked so different and rugged.

Hmmm Barrie.....
Red Sprints and I know you have some Red Diablos too.... I think you are just waiting to come out of the closet and pledge your allegence to the strong side of this Hus Ski / Diablo thing you have going on....
Welcome Joe - There has not been much talk about Sprints on this forum, but it is certainly welcome. If there was enough interest, we could build a separate forum just for them.
How about that everyone? - How many of you have Sprints out there?
Bruce

Mine is a 1972 model, I think it's a 83/433 model with the kiekhaefer 433 engine. Pretty complete and in very good original shape yet. motor is tight, but it still has the plugs and carb, etc so I think I'll be able to free it without too much effort. I'm enjoying looking through the brochures on "david's" snowmobile webpage, they really make the sprint look slick.

I'm into the Sprints too - have a handful of the 71 & 72 models. All and all they were a pretty decent machine. I'm always in the mood to talk Sprints and a Sprint board might be pretty nice!
