Hello All,
We have quite a few new members on the site in the last few weeks. Our membership to the forum continues to grow and so does the information sharing.
For all members, be sure to look at the "Where's Waldo" contest on the web site and get me your guesses by June 1st. If you are not a member and your on the site, the question I have is "Why Not?". It's simple, just register with your email address.
Tonight, I'll be adding a few more pages to the web site. At least one of a new member (Keven - another Canadian) who sent me a picture of his Hus Ski in the process of rebuild. He promises to send regular updates. The other page I'm going to add is "Part Reproduction" page. First on there will be Diablo Nose Cones and Ski Toe Clips. More to follow.
For me, the highlight of the weekend was the 875 miles I drove up to Brainerd, Minnesota to pick up 3 Diablos and Parts from Tony at the Rufus Ranch. Along the way, I stopped and met Kevin in South Haven, Minnesota who will be helping us with some of the reproductions above. I dropped off my 502 restoration (the one on the web site) in St. Cloud and met Daune from Canby, Minnesota (who is the new owner). I must say that I've met so many people in the last 9 months and everyone of you has been friendly, sharing and fun to be with. You are all a great bunch of people.
