QUESTIONS ABOUT 200A

Hey, just wondering what the belt part # would be for a 200a. Also wondering if a muffler is the same as a 444?? If not does anyone know where i could get a muffler?

Hi Steve, The belt for the 200-A is 40 1/8" outside circumferance and 1 3/16" top width. Original Hus-Ski p/n H1320 are long gone. Goodyear # SV113. Dayco #GTS 703. Gates #6001. You can make a slightly different length belt (up to 1/2" work by sliding the motor) work. The muffler is different than the 444. I do not have one for sale. I looked into making some a while ago. May cost more than most people want to pay these days. Mike.

The DAYCO HP2003 belt replaces the original belt.

I have a few new ones if interested. Like Mike said they cost me a quite bit to have them made. I include new motor mounts, this places the muffler at the correct height to be centered in the side opening.

I wen't at Canadian tire today for a belt Dayco HP2003 and they told me that it doesn't exist . Could it be HP3001 or HP3003 .

Im not sure about the Dayco, but got some goodyear SV113's on ebay and i am having a slipping problem. Is this goodyear not right?

Hi Rock,
HP 2003 does exist. I called a Dayco distributor here in Ottawa and they are $50.00. Doesn't have them in stock but should be able to get them in 2 days. He also can get HP2006 for the 444 at $39.00. I got the Gates 6013 for my 444 at $22.00 at NAPA but can't get the 6001. He says it is a termostat. Weird.

Hello Steve. If you go to Canadian tire they do have Dayco HP 2003. I purchase one there,last month. good luck.
