A place to ask all your questions about Hus Skis or just a great place to spread a little of that Yellow Pride.

600 dual carb

Post by RONOUE » Wed Jan 25, 2012 8:08 pm

Barry, I picked up a 600... not that I need more hus-ski's. One reason I took it has dual carbs and extra cab louver that all look factory. Have you seen any 252 with dual carb setup. Could this have been a factory setup of one the hus-ki factoy guys as the factory always wants something out of the ordinary for themselves. While I'm at it, do your replacement skis have the thin metal laminate on the end curve

The dual carb is certainly uncommon but you may be right if you found it near where you live because there was a race back in the 60's whereby a 600 HUS-SKi actually won the race. The name of the place will come to me later but it is in your neck of the woods....on the New Brunswick side.
