After trying to find the correct NGK and Champoin spark plug in the search function, I give up.
Can anyone tell me what they call for in the 252?

Thanks

Thanks Steve, my local Car Quest says they cross reference to an A7 plug. Is this still the correct/same plug?

I noticed some of my other engines have Bosch plugs in them, (no idea of they are correct), so I guess there are 3 alternatives, Champoin, NGK and Bosch.

An AB7 and an A7 are essentially the same plug.
The A7 (as originally fitted) takes an 18mm. plug wrench (same as all of the Rotax singles, for instance)
The AB7 uses a standard 13/16" plug wrench.
That's the only difference, either will work just fine.

The dog plug by Champion ( K-9..... pardon the pun but that is how I remember the number) was also used. The K-11 and K-13 are also good for older engines (if they are not all old by now). I once found two full boxes of K-13 at a car flea market.
