have 64 huski 200A and it runs really ruff. some days its great other days its not so great. thought it was head gasket took head off and found it was good. this weekend started working on it again. some times it has spark other times it dose not could it be the points? need cleaning?

It could be the condencer is not holding the charge. Pulling a fine piece of sandpaper through the points should clean them.
