The cam arm is unusual for sure. Below is a standard arm that is used on the Diablos.

I see i have a diabalo arm
With the proper measurments i can make the cam i have work

The big difference between the arms is the relationship between the lever arm and the bent area where the two pins sit. You could cut off the arm (after all it is only a Diablo arm) and reattach it at the 7 o'clock position.
