Well as most are aware I'am real new to the Diablo and yes now husky deal!Well after getting my shot up 500 I bought a 502 from Bruce to be picked up at A1 next week.I did this as to start off with a complete unit and none are to be found locally WRONG!!!As luck would have it i found a 503 complete and running 3 kms down the road but not for sale yet the old fellow said.He took my name and number and has now visited me in the last week just to talk?He told me it was his wifes machine and she is very sick with cancer and how he would like to get it running for her for X Mas before she gets worse.Well i offered him to bring it over we will clean it up and get it running for her.I will redo the seat wood and just a vinyl cover and just get it to run through their yard a few times and i promised this for no charge,parts we will have to see.He said he may just take me up on my offer.It was parked in the barn running a few years a go???So we will see what happens with that. Then i get a call from a buddy and he says he knows where there are two Hus Skis the calls went out and we go to see them on Saturday (with the trailer)I just cannot believe when i was looking for any of these units they now seem to be popping out of the wood work.So i will follow up on the leads and see were we go.

I have always said that they are out there , they just have to be found. The machines that were beside the barn, under a tree or parked on the front lawn have all been claimed. We have to dig deeper now and ask more questions but we will find them. I call them "Yellow Gold".

Mustard Gold

Well i picked up both 444s tonight both sleighs are in good shape original skies not rotted but starting to come apart with the toe clips still in place,the seat are in place with very good seat cover small tear but not bad.I will post pictures tomorrow.The machines both have good hoods with the hood scoupes,handle bars are good on both one unit has engine in place tracks on under carriage all there.the other unit has the tracks off and engine in a box tracks are rolled up but they are there rolled up but was kept indoors in the basement.Its dark and cold right now so i will check these out in the morning and get them in the shop.I will more than likely sell one off in the next week or so after i get a good look at them.I have no need for two sleighs and they are in great shape so one of them can go or should i just keep and sell as a complete unit??I will post pictures in the morning.

It is always better to sell as a complete machine if you can or want to.

I friend of mine who came to the St Jerome show with me, would like to buy one. Please let me know if you want to sell one.
