Tough Restore coming up!

Well the shot up parts are home and i see no serial numbers on anything the hood is a 500 but how can i be sure the chassis (or whats left of one ) is?And what do i do about no serial # do i make one up ?

No tag on front mount?
A serial number is not an issue. You can get an assigned number if you are going to register it.
Bruce would know better, look at the boogie wheel mount, if there is a 3/16 rod welded to the sub frame to stop the wheels from flipping over it would be a 502. All my 500s do not have this and my 502s do.
