Hello to all, Bruce & I are looking to have the FIRST annual Diablo/Hus-Ski gathering this year in April 26. If there is anyone out there that would like to participate we need to here from you. We are currently looking at getting together either in Horicon, WI or Sumaico, WI. Please email me Dave (BOTTOMS UP) @ petersondave@powerweb.net if interested. I like the idea of people contacting Dave directly regarding a get together this year. That way he has direct contact with those who are interested.

I would add that it would be great if you could also post a response here too so others can see that. If you have not registered yet, what are you waiting for? It's simple and a great way to keep in touch with everyone and share information. Everyone is welcomed.

Update on 3/13/08. I sent an email out to everyone I know who has a Diablo or Hus Ski. I hope that generates some interest from a few who we might miss if they don't look at the site too often.

Thanks for taking the ball on this one and making it happen. I sure am excited about getting together for an afternoon of looking at Diablos and Hus Skis and swapping stories.

3/26/08 My Aunt Phylis and Uncle Dale Plzak from Fredonia, WI are coming along with Terry and Todd (many of you know them). My mom & Dad from Green Bay, WI too. Back in the day, My uncle Dale worked at the Bolens factory in Port Washington. He should have some good Diablo Stories to tell.

I would love to bring my Diablo at the gathering but it's impossible this year. It's a bit to fare. Hope one day will be able to go and chat with you guys.

Hi All

Was talking to my brother Flo yesterday about the gathering and he was saying that last year he wen't by Suamico a couple of times since his a trucker. He was saying it's about 12 to 14 hours from Kapuskasing,Ontario. That's not to bad. I think that next year if you have another gathering I will try to take the week off and bring my Diablo with me. It should be very interesting. I might even have another one by then.

Just checked on google maps, almost 1000 miles from Virginia and 15 hours. Would love to come and finally talk Bolens with someone who has at least riden a snowmobile, but that is a little far. Great forum by the way... I am glad that I found this site.
