I MADE A PULLER I WILL GET YOU THE SPECS TOMMOROW, START THE PENETRATING OIL TO GET THE BOLT OUT AND SO IT WILL START WORKING ON THE SHAFT.

husskifan, did you send the clutch puller info? I'm going to throw a 295 on my 600 for a weekend old dog run. I'm running with a little more horspower..He..He.. Just to let everyone know they do fit but its tight.

TAKE THE CENTER BOLT OUT OF THE CLUTCH GET A 7/8-14 TAP AND TAP THE INSIDE OF THE BORE NOW FILL THE HOLE WITH PENETRATING OIL AND LET IT SET NOW GET A 7/8-14 BOLT 5 INCHES LONG THREADED ALL THE WAY TO THE HEAD. GRIND OFF THE FIRST 1 1/2 INCHES OF THE THREADS SO ONLY THE THREADS NEAR THE HEAD OF THE BOLT REMAIN ROUND THE END OF THE BOLT OVER SO YOU WILL NOT DAMAGE THE END OF THE CRANK SHAFT. ONCE YOU THINK THE OIL HAS DONE ITS JOB INSERT THE BOLT AND START TIGHTENING A LITTLE BIT AT A TIME IT SHOULD COME OFF PRETTY EASY AN IMPACT WORKS BEST BUT DO NOT TRY ALL IN ONE SHOT MOST OF THESE CLUTCHES HAVE BEEN ON FORTY PLUS YEARS SO TAKE YOUR TIME. GOOD LUCK
