I'm a newbie to this forum and also to ownership of a 502 as of Saturday.
Having said that the machine I purchased has some issues with which I need advise/ answers ,with no manual yet ,are the bogies supposed to be somewhat loose? A couple move a little side to side. The front ones don't seem to have any means of lubricating. The grease fitting are they the press in type or a 3/8 " thread in as one will not take grease however it does rotate .
Perhaps simple questions but I need to learn.

Welcome to the forum Herman. Always glad to hear we have another Red Devil enthusiast joining the fun.

Below is a post to gogodiablo.com's page on bogie stations. It shows some suggestion regarding installing lubrication zerks, reinforcement welds and other interesting things. Regarding your question about the shafts moving back and forth, this is common and usually not a problem. However if the tube is loose in the bracket, that needs to be fixed.
