Hi All,
In my efforts to figure out my carb issues and become somewhat educated about carburation, I came across a couple of webb pages which I found helped me understand basic carburation and some info on popp-off pressure testing and adjustment.

Although not specific to the HR3A I think the infor can be taken as good general info.

Re: General Tillotson Carb and Popp-off Pressure
Thanks for searching around Ken.
Just recently loaned to me from Randy H in Richfield, Ohio was an old original color copy of a Tillotson manual. About 10 pages or so that tell all about the air and fuel flow and more. Have not had time to digest it yet, but it should make good reading.
