Update. I got the starter to freely spin and am now getting 190lbs of compression. Spark is there but minimal.

Could you post a picture of the plug and maybe a ruler in the background for scale? I can try our local hardware stores (True-value, Lowes, and Home Depot) and see if they have an equivalent. If not, I may have to take you up on your offer.
