Re: Clutch (Primary)
If your clutch is jammed onto the crank tht securely then whay not leave it on? If you are changing engine bearings then it has to come off but doing an interior inspection of the clutch can be done with the fixed sheave on the engine. This way you do not risk damagine either the fixed sheave or the...

Re: wood for skiis has arrived
I sell the skiis for either the HUS-SKI or the Diablo for $225. They are exact copies of the original skiis and are sold without the finish. You can see my ski making process under the seater section of this site.

wood for skiis has arrived
I have just stacked enoough wood to make 40 pairs of skiis! Although I don't have the stomach to make that many at once, I will be making about twenty pairs. Usually I would make 14 pair for HUS-SKIs and 6 for Diablos. Should I change that ratio?

Re: Clutch (Primary)
Jeff, what do you mean by 1" bore? Are you referring to the hole through the clutch to let the retaing bolt pass to attach to the crank?
I have both clutches on my shelf. I will check tomorrow and report back here on what I find.

It is the same for the 148 motor but the other clutches have the bell housing screwed to the main shaft of the clutch. On these primary clutches, the ...

Re: Hus Ski 200A
I don't know where to start!!!! Firstly, with that serial number I would doubt it to be a model 200A. Can you send a photo to HUSSKI@bellnet.ca The cover for the chain guard is simple to make on your own, some 18 ga metal, a metal cutting wheel and bend it to shape. I can send you a pattern. I haven...
