Re: Front drivers hus ski 200
No, the drive cogs from a 600 will not work on a 200. They will work on a 444 though.

Re: track building
Here is what I use. I bought it from a place that sells picks for sleds. I called it a rubber drill, somebody said it's not a drill but just a punch. Well, whatever you want to call it, it works good in a drill. This picture isn't the clearest, if need be, I can get a better pic of it.

Re: 200
I've got an early 200A that has the stainless pieces over the sliders. It also has an all steel drive clutch and the cast aluminum hood latch with the Hus-ski logo. I believe that this machine is pretty original. I bought it from a 90 year old guy that bought it used when it was less that a year old...

Re: 200A
I'll answer why I think it is a 200. It has straight handle bars, as in they are not bent up for knee clearance. The sleigh has an area where the tubing is straight, where as the 200A and newer ones have a bend in that spot, the area is just in front of where the skis attach.

Re: Hus-ski picture
Thanks for the info Pete, Newberry is a couple hours away from where I live. Charlie V., from the Top of the Lake Snowmobile Museum, picked up a lot of Hus-skis from that area. I'll ask him if he ever got any 200As with bogie wheels.

Re: Hus-ski picture
Pete, I don't know anything about it, but I have some questions for you. I see it says Superior View on the bottom, did you buy it from Superior View in Marquette, Michigan? If you did, was there any info about where the picture was taken? That's pretty much in my neck of the woods, although the guy...
