the ski seater is in very good condition but did need some repair. Mostly filling in the holes and redrilling to correct size. Also the original tail light needed repairs

These pictures are showing some extra holes that needed to be filled in on the ski mounts and how the mounting holes are elongated from excessive wear.

it was the same case for the mounting brackets on the frame. Holes were elongated and needed to be resized.

after resizing the holes I fabricated some new mounting pins. On this point does anyone know of a supplier that has the original spring pin/roll pin/split pin for the ski brackets? I believe it is 3/8" x 5" . I have been unsuccessful so far in locating these pins

Looks like a pretty complete machine you have found to work on. The restoration looks like it is coming along nicely. I was also looking for the 3/8 roll pins with no luck. I will check some more suppliers in my area and let you know if I have any luck on this go around. Looking forward to seeing this Hus-ski finished.

I temporarily ran a piece of mechanic wire through the frame so after sand blasting and painting I will be able to pull the new electrical wires through the frame
