Remember a week ago when everyone here was complaining about not enough snow. In the past week we got 2'. I spent 6 hours on Sunday breaking trail in Val Des Bois. Believe me , there is now enough snow. To top it off, another 40-60 cm (about 18-20") are forecast by Sunday and more on Monday. We're doing a run this Friday to Sunday at the hunt camp. Five riders so far. Contact me if you can join us.

I hope it stays this nice and fluffy in Val-des-Bois. It's snowing like crazy right now. 8 inches before night's over.

Here is a little video I'm preparing for our trip. My wife and daughter got me a Ion speed-pro camera (like a gopro) and i tryed it for the first time this afternoon.

Video is crappy, but it will work. Maybe I can video Roy while he's videoing.

Check this out, It had not run in 3 weeks. little primer and one pull, then I take time to hook the seater before I get out of the tent, and go for a minute ride. 8-)

Enjoy.

What I remember from that jump was that the approach was smooth, the "air" time was good but the landing shook every nut, bolt and rivet on my 444! Not to mention my spine and molars!

That's just because you were jumping a Hus Ski. The Diablo has far superior suspension, at least an inch of travel, not mushy like modern machines that have 8 to 10 inches of suspension.

If the path of travel was an arc it wouldn't have been too bad but it was more like Wylie E Coyot's line of travel off a cliff.

These things all jump like that, not like a modern machine at 50 or 60 mph.

Barrie, I thaught we agreed that; What happens on the cabin trail, stays on the cabin trail. I'm sure that while reviewing my pictures I didn't come across this picture for every Hus-Ski guys to see. " "
