Your Xmas Pictures Chat 12/11/14

Post by Go Go Diablo » Thu Dec 11, 2014 9:57 pm

Hi all,

It's that time of year when many of us celebrate the holidays with lights and decorations. But, do any of you have pictures of your Hus Skis and Diablos out among the decorations. If you do, we want to see them!

And I know sometimes it takes a little coaxing to get some of you to log in and share, so here's the deal - Between now and December 25th, post a picture of your Hus Ski or Diablo within your decorations and on the 25th, I'll randomly draw a winner from those that posted and award a holiday prize.

Looking forward to seeing your posts!

Well I can't hardly believe no one out there has some Holiday pictures with their Hus Skis and Diablos.

So here is one from my archive.

Brian and Brenda K from Carthage, New York shared this one year. Jeez, if no one else cares to share, I guess I'll send them the prize!

Sorry Bruce. I don't have one to share. I had one in the works last year of our HR guy at work sitting on my Diablo in his Santa suit, but I missed that opportunity. I was held up in Punta Cana by 40 cm of snow here in Ottawa. He has since retired. The caption would have been...... " When Santa's sled is in the shop, he rides a Diablo ". We've got snow forecast for Christmas Eve and Day next week. If I can get my Diablo back on the snow by then and borrow a Santa Suit, I'd like to make a Christmas Eve run on our local streets. Really officer.... the sled is in the shop. Ho Ho Ho ! Merry Christmas everyone. Roy.

I'm going to get in on this contest and if I'm the only one sharing, I'm going to give myself a prize! :D

I just love the way that 500 looks and sounds (shop in the background). Imagine Santa coming to town on one of these!

Got the used engine in and running this afternoon Bruce. Sounds and runs well on the front lawn. Will run it in to the camp this weekend if there is snow. They are now forecasting rain and lots of it here for Christmas Day. Not good. Here is my Christmas decorations photo with my pet reindeer. Roy.

Hi all, Here is my entry in the Christmas Pictures Chat. Both machines are ready to go, just waiting for the snow. Did give a ride around the house to my grandson who couldn't wait any longer.
Wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy new year with lots of health and snow to enjoy.

Norm and Nancy B from Cochrane, Ontario sent in this picture and said:

Hi Bruce,
Hope all is well with you. Here is our entry for the Christmas Diablo/Huski
Photo contest. It was our Christmas card in 2012 and it looks like we need
another skeeter/seater as we now have 5 Grandchildren as of July of 2014.
On another note I want to thank you for putting in a plug for CCVR
(Cochrane Classic Vintage Riders) while advertising for the Old Iron VI
video on the website

The Old Iron VI DVD is out with Norm providing an interesting interview and cool footage of the Cochrane Classic Ride. Good viewing for sure!
