Was up at the cabin this past weekend with Tom and Randy and we did some riding around camp. Put on about 30 miles on Saturday which was about 2 more miles than Randy's fuel tank had room for gas. That was ok though as he had a special tow strap he was itching to try.

Then we went out for another ride today and all was well. Snow is deep, Sap is not flowing yet, but company was good.

This might be a good ride to do again next year if some of our other Hus Ski and Diablo buddies want to join us.

Looks like you fellows had fun up there. I hope the facilities were properly stocked with "birch bark" when Randy reached it. Fortunately, he doesn't look like he's in a great hurry. One of these years I'm going to get down there for a run with you fellows. My diablo is in the garage, probably until next year. I suspect a bad crank seal on the clutch side. There has always been some play, outer race to case and it has started idling up by itself now and again. Time to check it out. Will soon start working on some souvenir DVDs . Take care.
Roy.
