444 Restoration Help

I am in the process of replacing the fenders ,motor pan etc. on 2 444's
it appears that there were braces from the front and rear of the frame to the fender if so what material and where do they go ?
also what material is used at the front and rear of the fenders and how is it fastened ,what size is the rear belting ?
what tie rod end is used for the seat draw ball ?

The original braces at the front and rear consist of a thin wall round tube following the contour of the fender from the frame to what I call the bumper and a straight piece of thin angle going from the bumper back to the frame. On every Hus-ski that I have seen, these pieces are cracked or had been cracked and have been welded. In the picture, you can see that I used 1/2" black pipe for both pieces and put in gussets made of 1/8" thick steel. The material at the front and rear of the fenders is what I call the bumpers and originally is 1" thin wall tube tack welded to the fender. I'll measure the rear belt and let you know and I would like to know myself what the tie rod end is from.

Here ia a pic of how I welded the bumpers on. Notice how the bumper braces on the front need to be offset to clear the drive chain and sprocket. When you say rear belting, I'm thinking that you are talking about the snowflap. It is the width of the fender and 9-1/2" long. It is only about a 1/16" thick. I think the snowflap in the pic is an original because I had two 444s with the same flap. They both had a diamond pattern imprinted on them too. I made mine from an old treadmill belt that happened to be real close to the original ones.
