Inlet control lever

Hey what do you guys set your inlet control lever to? The internet says set it flush with the casting but mine seems to keep flooding out...

Looks like my main jet is a .039 and anther thread says it should be a .035, any ideas where to find one?

Or does anyone know of a modern replacement for a HL-186a? That would be awesome

I would think any place selling engine parts would have access to jets of various sizes. I have never changed one.
