After trial and lots of error I have made some Spacers and supports to hold the screen in place. Also I think I have figured out the process to bend and fit the one screen. Along with bend it a little bigger than the hood so it will be snug.
We will see.
I just finished the ski,s tonight.

Now got to go on holidays for two weeks this Sunday. So things got to grind to a stop. Got to keep the wife Happy!

When I get the screens and try my ideas I will take a couple pictures and post them. Maybe it will help someone.

I also have an original with the seam up the center. Which way would you concider to be more original?
