Hoist for a 502

I have another question and I am sure there will be more coming. I noticed today I have a broken grouser bar on the track, so it has to come off. I am doing this in my garage, no hoists or such. Is there a method everyone is using to work on the Diablo tracks? John from Regina hung his like a deer, but I don't have that option. I went over and looked at his Diablo, it looked great.

Put a few thick blankets on the garage floor, empty the gas tank and flip it on its side...bad track up. Sound severe, but it worked for me.
