New guy from Ontario
OK. Just another quick note: since this is my thread I decided to share with you guys what i did yesterday. I'm afraid the red devil was put on hold. (only for a day) I had to go though. It was such a nice day.
I took my snowbog for a rip! (went to my trailer park to check on my trailer)
Check out a little video I made comming back from the South point of the lake

Re: New guy from Ontario
Well, the wait is over. Received my special help today. (Thanks Bruce)
Now I have a couple pics of the rest of the engine tear-down. It's looking 50/50 at this time. It all depends of the clean up and what I find in the run-out.
BTW What is the specs for the con-rod to crank?
Now, I hope the needles comes clean. right now they look shinny but I'll only know once I press the crank out at my place of work. I'll probably change the bearings at work also. Is SKF 6305 Crankshaft Bearings the right bearings for this engine?

Re: New guy from Ontario
OK, New update.
I finally finished with the underside. I have turned it onto its tracks finally.
Now. I have the noze piece to look at. It is very bad. I have to figure the bumper also. I might go with aluminum to hide the joints and give it a certain look.
Now the handles are very very badly welded. I am planning on cutting half off and re-welding new pipes.
With the week of X-Mas and the week of New Years. I will be busy. I will concentrate on the motor if I can. Would be nice to hear it run.

Alright. Been looking forward to this day a while now. I finally got to clean the engine. i think it will survive.
Here's a few pictures of the sandblasting job. I'm super happy with the result.
Without the sandblasting cabinet, this would have been extremely hard to accomplish
Some of the littler parts.

Thanks Bruce.
Now if only my "crank" bearings could get here, I'd like to reassemble this little puppy.
Update: I am gonna probably put this project on hold for a couple weeks, as I am gonna get the rest of my snowbug ready for Finch. I need to fab a windshield and secure a few rails. Otherwise, I think i'll be able to bring it. As long as you guys'll let me ride with yous.
I am being hopefull for snow for Finch: The weatherman is calling for a lot of heavy snow followed by freezing rain and right down cold afterwards, this should make the fields useable. Hopefully we get what they're calling, for once.
