High Altitude Carb Adjustments

Hi All,
Jake is out west in Wyoming above 7,000 ft and wonders if the Tillotson HR carb on his Diablo has some sort of adjustments to help the Hirth run better at these high altitudes. Jake could do a better job of explaining, but the main symtoms include vapor lock when the engine is hot and low power. The 503 Jake has is equipped with the factory heat shield and the Diablo is all original with a fresh motor.
Any thoughts?
