Hi George: This is the info that I found years ago. It was posted by Cory Moffat at that time.
How to post pictures

This is how I do it anyway.

So you got a picture the first step is to reduce its file size so it will fit nice to where you are posting it and it wont take up too much room on the site.

I use Paint to do this. It should be in your programs in the accessories file.

1 You take the picture you want to use and right click on it then copy it. (You want to change the copy and leave the original alone)

2 Paste the Copy of the file on you desktop or somewhere that is convenient.

3 Open Paint and in the left top corner click on File. Then click Open when it appears.

4 Click on you desktop or wherever you put the file and then select the file.

When the picture appears in your paint program click on Image in the top left corner and then then click Stretch/Skew when it appears.

A window opens and you will have Stretch Horizontal and vertical.

Change the numbers in both the horizontal and vertical from 100% to say about 20%.

Then click the red close program X top right corner and you will be asked if you want to save the changes to the picture.
Click yes.

Now you have reduced the file size from say 1.36mb to 60.8kb. Much smaller.

To post the picture go to the Forum and to the topic you want to reply to or the topic you have started. At the bottom of the page click on Upload attachment.

When it opens click on (Browse...) Select you Desk top or wherever you put your picture then select your picture. Your file name will appear in the file name slot. beside (Browse...)

Click on (Add the file) beside the (Browse...)

Then just press Submit just like you would do on a regular post

Hope this helps.
