Just getting started,and thanks for all the help, I am sure there will be many more questions. It is real big undertaking,but I got through it before. Dose anybody know, the hight of the 1 X 3 tube ,that holds the front pulley and is welded to the side of square tubing that make up the lift handles on a 62-63 snow travelers.I need the measurement from the top of the handle bar tube, to the top of 1 X 3 tube not including arms the hold the pulley ? Thanks again, and hope someone knows. Tony

The vertical distance to the top of the 3" tube is 5-3/4" on my machine. The arms to hold the jackshaft housing are flush with this top dimension. There is a great chance that if you measure another machine you will find a different dimension.
