Hi all,

The big Waconia show is this weekend. I'll be there on Saturday hauling along three Diablos that are going to new owners in South Dakota and Minnesota. Also will be meeting up with a few fellow enthusiats (you know who you are :D ).

Anyone else making the trip?

Bruce

One of these years we will have to get a group of us and ride lake waconia during the show. This weekend I will be continuing lessons to a 2 1/2 year old to get ready for the kitty kat races at the end of the month.it is our local celebration of the lakes. Everyone have a fun weekend.swen

Hi all, I'm picking up two beautiful Diablos 503's with electric start on my way to Waconia. An excellent time to get a good deal if you are looking for a nice Diablo! See you there!

The Waconia trip was lots of fun. Except for the lack of snow cover, it was a balmy and sunny 38 degree day and the event was well attended. Lots of sleds driving around the area as the cloud of smoke rose from the trail ride. The ice drags could be heard all day. The swap meet was well stocked with all kinds of vintage sleds and parts.

I also met up with a number of Hus Ski and Diablo owners. Some travelled from as far away as Alaska and Manitoba - wow - now that is commitment to attend such and event. Locals were there too enjoying the day. It's always fun to catch up with everyone and I enjoy hearing about their machines along with their enthusiasm for the sport.

Personally, I want to thank those who pre-ordered parts from Go Go Diablo that were delivered. It makes the long trip worth while. However, I'm not doing a very good job of thinning the herd. I dropped off one Diablo to a new owner but picked up four on the trip west. A restored 503, a very nice original 503, a project 503 and a 502 in nice shape but needs the motor put back together. Believe me, I'm not trying to hoard the herd here and need to find new homes for a number of these! :D

Thanks all,

Bruce
