Hi all,

Did u ever notice when sheet metal is sand blasted, sometimes areas bulge or get wavy? I vaguely remember a few of you experienced craftsmen out there mention how you fix this. Please explain.

Hi Bruce , I couldn't sleep so I'm looking thru some of these older posts and come across this sandblast post , anyway how I wish I could have used a " big bad sandblaster " but those powerful blasters warp sheet metal my body man told me , I spent 5 days and went thru 1,100 pounds of silica sand to blast my 444 . No warped metal thou . And now the yard should look like a beach come spring. Lol Win Win
