The secondary clutch had a lot of wear on the four pins and pin guides, the centre hub on the moveable sheave also had a lot of wear
so all those parts I replaced. I also found the jack shaft housing had been repaired in the past. It was completely broken in half and welded back together so I replaced the housing and installed new bearings.

Over the years HUSSKI produced three different castings for the jackshaft housing. The early ones were most prone to breakage. The one I had made was the last and most robust version.
