New OEM style stop and light switch. When making electrical connections I always use dielectric grease on the connections to keep moisture and corrosion out of them. I also installed a new choke cable and pre-lubed it with fluid film so it will work well at -20 temps ( this cable is identical to the original one )

i’m not sure where I got the stop switch, I’ve had it for a few years before starting this restoration. I think I got it from Barrie Graham because I’m pretty sure he sells them and if I didn’t I must have gotten it from my local auto parts, store but check with Barrie.

I decided to use the high quality new diamond brand drive chain and save the OEM replacement chain.

I installed new plastic plugs Hus-ski part number H-205 on the ends of the cross tubes. Almost every Hus-ski I have owned for some reason this part always seems to be missing so I always install them as I think it gives it a nice finished look. A small detail but I think it makes a big difference. On this particular Hus-ski it requires 6 of them as it has a steel snow flap.

In this picture I may be reiterating but this is showing the new starter button, new choke cable, new cable guide and a new starter handle all installed.
