Re: 6/20/12 A Forum Drawing Chat!
Greetings to all the Hus ski and Diablo enthusiasts! Just checking in. Summer is almost here in Alberta (not quite!) and I am still busy working on the 444 project for Joan. I also have a few other hus ski projects in the works for down the line so the fleet is constantly growing! So thanks to Barri...

Re: Wanted - 444 muffler in poor condition
Hi Bruce
I just happen to have an old 444 muffler around that I can ship to you if you want it. I also have an old rear sprocket for a diablo I can send along too.
I will get that in the mail in the next day or two for you.

Re: chaincase oil
Awhile back Barrie you asked how to get gear oil in your chaincase. The way I do it that works for me is that I use a syringe with a catheter tip and about a foot long piece of surgical tube. This syringe is exactly 2 oz or 60 ml and I believe the diablo chaincase holds 6 oz. I leave the diablo sitt...

Re: Diablo runs but sometimes needs choke??
Hi John, I haven't been ignoring you but giving your question some thought. I am going to assume alot of things which I probably shouldn't do. I am going to assume that it's a fixed main jet carburetor and I am also going to asssume that all your gaskets are in good condition or new. And i will assu...

Re: Diablo runs but sometimes needs choke??
I have been thinking about your problem and here are some of my thoughts, right or wrong. To me it sounds like you have a problem with your intermediate discharge port in your carburetor. The reason why I think this is because you say it will idle but then hesitates when you try and rev up the engin...

Re: 12/18/11
Hi Roch Here is my two cents on things you could look at - if the fuel is not coming up to the carburetor, like Barrie says it could be a kinked vacuum hose or a hole in the vacuum hose. This vacuum hose operates your fuel pump that is in the carburetor and if it is kinked, blocked or leaking, it wi...
