Bruce
That would be great if you have one. I definitely want to get it running soon.

Re: Drive sprocket
Hi Bruce
What about driving it like it is. I suppose I am taking a good chance at making matters worse. Do you have a sprocket? I read the ones that were made, but for now I would just like to replace.

Drive sprocket
It finally got warm enough to work in the garage. A natural gas heater is going in this summer. I got the tracks off and found one of the drive sprockets has a tooth missing. Is there a simple way to get that sprocket off or does the gearbox have to come out? I think I am missing something. Also, do...

Re: What happened?
John I do not have an answer for you, but on another topic, I got the paint mixed from the papers you gave me and I will try and get them back to you this weekend. Let me know if you are around. I painted the nose cone, looks good. I have to get some heat in the garage so I can get some work done. M...

Re: Track cleats
Thanks, I will keep it simple, but I am still going to look for a tool, let you know what I find. I'll look at my uncle's farm. Merry Christmas.

Track cleats
I was wondering what everyone uses to flaten the rivets when replacing a track cleat on a 502. I have been looking for something like was used on agriculture belting and such. Or do you just use a hammer.

Re: Fuel issue
Thanks. Since my post I have pulled off the carb, put in new diapragms, new impulse line, and retorqued the head. I found the spark plug to be not real tight. A lot of work for a loose plug. I found there was no gasket between the heat shield and the carb, so I put new gaskets throughout. Had to be ...

Hoist for a 502
I have another question and I am sure there will be more coming. I noticed today I have a broken grouser bar on the track, so it has to come off. I am doing this in my garage, no hoists or such. Is there a method everyone is using to work on the Diablo tracks? John from Regina hung his like a deer, ...
