I couldn't find it on Dennis Kirks website either. You could call them and see if these part #s are still available: 19-32 for thick organic pads, this is (1) 5/16" thick and (1) 1/2" thick; 19-45 is the complete caliper assembly. Manufacturers Supply also has them listed, here is a link to the page...

The 444 operators manual lists the brake as an "H & H Model 200ME". My 2007 Dennis Kirk catalog has HH200 Series brake calipers for $24.95. In the picture, they look the same although there might be some slight differences. It says that these brakes were used on many different types of snowmobiles. ...

When I bought my 444, the hood scoop and half of the grill (the side with the brake) were filled in with sheetmetal. It still got quite a bit of snow build up under the hood. I had my 444 out today. I use a GPS as an odometer, I put over 8 miles on it. I'm not done restoring the sleigh yet, so I used one from a different machine. The rack on the back in place of the backrest is for a 2 gallon gas can for the long rides.

Sounds like it is rusted to the shaft. There should have been a snap ring on the end of the shaft which I know you would have seen. There isn't any hidden tricks to removing it. I would support the bearing on the press table then push on the shaft that way the bearing will push on the hub of the clu...
