Re: Lock down

Hi all,
My wife's daycare has been closed for 2 weeks now with no end in sight. As for me, I am working everyday from home and trying to keep busy when not working. My wife is helping with that, giving me all kinds of chores.
Take care everyone and hope we all get through this safely.

Re: Snow in Val Des Bois

Yes sir,
What a great weekend with a great bunch of guys. Thanks for coming from so far my friends. Until the next time we meet for another good ride full of fun and stories.
Also glad that everyone made it back home safe and sound.

Re: First ride of the winter

Yikes Barrie
Hope the machines are not too banged up?
My first ride was with my grandson in Val des Bois and lots of snow for November. We lost some snow to rain but more snow to come.
Can't wait for our ride in Constance Bay and hope to see many of you there.

Re: Diablos Carb issue

My old Hus ski is correct. You have a stuck needle. My diablo always had a stuck needle the first time it was started in the winter. A good trick related by Bruce in the past is to remove the gas line from the carb and carefully blow some air to unstuck the needle. I used a bicycle hand pump fitted ...

Great video. Makes one want to ride. You got to bring that racer next year.

Re: Constance Bay Run 2018

Great pictures Roy.
That little one is not shy of cameras and rightfully so. What a cutie. Wish I could have made it. Next year. Take care of that knee, we have to get one last ride in March.

Re: Race ski seater (sleigh)

Pete,
What's that in the background of picture 2? Looks like another project. How many of these machines do you have?

Re: Race ski seater (sleigh)

Wow Pete, Great job, you secretive guy you. The gas and brake handles gave it away at first. What I especially like is the clutches being on the left with normal rotation. We will need to talk about that. One of the engines you sold me is in line for a similar project and I am in the process of tryi...

Re: Race ski seater (sleigh)

You know me Barrie, I am just a curious guy. Just to add to all this, the handle bars also seem to be from a 444 with the gas tank filler on the right. Not sure about the tracks but another odd thing that sticks out is the pull cord being on the right. 444 is on the left. Humm, makes me wonder even ...
